On August 14th, the Ministry of Finance put up for public consultation the draft Law on new fiscal-budgetary measures: from increasing the share capital for limited liability companies (LLCs) to 8,000 lei, to the obligation for companies to hold a bank account, and the elimination of the 50,000 lei annual cash receipts threshold, above which merchants were required to accept debit, credit, or prepaid cards as a means of payment.
